"Come quickly, for I am tasting the stars" exclaimed Dom Perignon when sampling the first Champagne and you know what? He is right; there is simply no other wine like it in the world.

For this lucky Nichols Night bidder, John and Carolyn '84 Darby will open their home cellar and host a tasting covering the full spectrum of Champagne's expressions. With yearly allocations from these featured growers in this tasting only in the single digits, this evening will be unique and unable to be duplicated.

Over the course of your evening, you will taste vintage and non-vintage, blanc de blancs and blanc de noirs, rose and prestige cuvee Champagnes from growers such as Krug, Pol Roger, Agrapart, Dom Perignon, and Roederer, plus some surprises thrown in for fun!
