3 hour cooking class for 6 people taught by Italian Chef Nickolas Rizzo, owner operator of Rizzo Hospitality.

In your class you will learn make 2 pastas from scratch, 2 sauces, a salad and chocolate mousse like a professional!

Chef will come to your Las Vegas home or your group can meet at their new pop-up kitchen.

Prior to your class, you will conversate with Chef and design the menu you would like to prepare. Chef will then provide all of the high-quality ingredients and equipment necessary to create your dishes to perfection!

Clean-up will be a breeze, because they take care of that too!

About the Chef:

Chef Rizzo was born and raised in Oleggio, Italy and fell in love with cooking at a young age. He attended culinary school near his home in Italy, and began apprenticing at different hotels to gain experience. He has since been fine-tuning his skills cooking in kitchens all over the world, including Switzerland, South Africa and the UK. He and his wife Katie, who is also a chef specializing in Pastry, now call Las Vegas home, and together they enjoy serving guests as private chefs and giving experiences in private homes.
