About Benefit Off Broadway
Benefit Off Broadway (BOB) is Mercy's largest fundraiser to benefit our tuition assistance program. 53% of Mercy families are currently deriving benefit from this program, allowing students from varied socioeconomic backgrounds to attend.
Our in-person event features a plated dinner, hosted bar, music by the Downstage Live! band, live auction and in-person only raffles. BOB also features a silent auction, wheel of chance, raffles and a $25,000 capital prize raffle open to online guests and in-person attendees. Chances will be available on this website with the exception of the live auction and in-person only raffles.

Item Pickup
All Wheel of Chance, Raffle basket, and auction items may be picked up at Mercy Academy on February 10 from 10:00pm-11:00 p.m. Following the event, winners can pick up their items at Mercy Academy on Sunday, February 11 from 10:00am-11:00am. or February 12th through 15th during school hours.
Wheel of Chance pre-event drawings be recorded and posted on Mercy's Facebook page. Winners will be contacted and pickup arrangements will be discussed. $5 raffle basket winners and Capital Prize Raffle winner will be announced at the Benefit Off Broadway event on February 10. Silent auction winners will receive an email from GiveSmart alerting them of their win once the auction closes at 10:00 p.m. on February 10.
All winners will be contacted, need not be present at the event to win.
