Supporting Philadelphia Through Giving
In 2011, The 1926 Foundation, Inc was established as a nonprofit organization to support community-based charities and provide educational scholarships to high achieving high school and college students within the Philadelphia area. During the past decade, The 1926 Foundation, Inc working with the Omega Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has reached hundreds of families, schools and community organizations by providing over $500,000 in financial support.
After 10+ years of service, The 1926 Foundation, Inc. is relaunching its website on Giving Tuesday, November 29, 2022. We ask that you continue to support The Foundation and its efforts in supporting Philadelphia organizations and students by donating and checking out all of our new updates.
Names of donors who complete their pledge by December 31, 2022 will be spotlighted on our new website! In addition, donations of $100 or more will receive an exclusive t-shirt!
