Four Weeks of Fitness Plans for Equestrian Athletes with Weekly Check-In

Fitness plans are designed for the client to complete on their own time without the trainer. The client's workouts are uploaded to an app every week and include videos to follow along with. This package includes up to four different programmed workouts for four weeks and one virtual personal training session every week. Every client receives a personal evaluation and a program created specifically for their needs and goals. All workouts can be completed at home with minimal equipment- no gym required!
