The house sits on 2.5 acres of wooded, private happiness. Creekwood Lodge (circa 1910) once served as the barracks for soldiers stationed at Fort Moultrie on Sullivans Island and was barged to Edisto in 1950 and converted to this beloved family retreat.

2 downstairs bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 upstairs lofts, and 1 outdoor shower. Sleeps 10. Loft access is by ship style ladders, not suitable for small children or elderly. The kitchen has been fully updated with new flooring, new cabinets and countertops and fresh paint. It overlooks the sun porch that is great for lounging, sipping coffee or dining while watching the beautiful sunsets. The living room has a 65" Smart TV that can run apps off a phone hotspot and lots of comfy sofas.

Outside, enjoy plenty of space to run around and enjoy the creek life. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing, and bird watching are just a few of the activities at our doorstep. Two adult kayaks, one kid kayak, and one paddle board are available for use.
