2. This membership is not valid during the months of June and July.

3. Since this membership is a temporary membership, childcare will be available as a paid service.

4. Auction passes may only be used by first-time users. And may not be redeemed by current members.

5. Previous donation winners are not eligible to redeem this offer, and the Club is not responsible for honoring the value if purchased. However, this offer may be transferred to a non-member for use.

6. The value of this introductory membership does not include initiation fees. If membership is continued beyond 3 months, an initiation fee will be required. The initiation fee value is not resalable, refundable, or transferable. Special incentives will be offered at the beginning of your 3-month membership if you would like to take advantage of the additional benefits of being a Bay Club Courtside member.

7. The membership category does not include the ability to reserve Tennis or Squash courts.
