This free-edge, single-board American Black Walnut Wohl Table with (1) East Indian Rosewood butterfly measures +-25" x +-20" x 21"H +- 1 /8"T. Designed exclusively for the Solebury auction by Mira Nakashima '59, daughter of the late, great George Nakashima P'59 '73, this table is accompanied by its original design drawings.

George Nakashima is an internationally known designer and craftsman who lived and worked in Bucks County. After his passing in 1990, his children have continued his tradition of designing and building distinctive, high-quality furniture, which highlights the natural features of the wood.
