Mangia! Mangia! Celebrate family and friends the Italian way - around a plate of bubbling hot lasagna! Authentic, homemade lasagna for up to 12 people PLUS homemade garlic bread to go with it! 8th Grade St. Matthew parent, Carol Ann Butkerait (maiden name Di Bisceglie), whose family comes from Bisceglie Italy, faithfully reproduces her grandmother's lasagna recipe. Of course, like most recipes originating from southern Italy, it all starts with the art of making the meatballs and sauce - which is of itself a day-long process! The sauce is smothered over six layers of thin pasta noodles and four different cheeses. Cooked until the top is bubbling and slightly browned, the aroma alone is tantalizing - just ask any of the previous years winning bidders. Meal INCLUDES delivery to your doorstep - all you have to do is warm it in your oven!
