This fantastic home is a breathtaking Waterfront Property 10 minutes outside Annapolis, Maryland. Expansive views of the river as you look out from this light-filled and open floor plan custom built home with 278' pier on private lot with your own sandy beach. Enjoy a swim, take the kayaks out, or go fishing or crabbing or just enjoy the river views of the Magothy River from the balconies or the front porch. Or play a game of basketball in the backyard or croquet on the beautifully manicured flat backyard. Gas grill for your family barbecues provided at no charge (however, renter assumes all liability for barbecuing at his/her own risk). And no worries about parking as you can fit 10 cars in the driveway.

Treat yourself (and family) to quality living on the Magothy River. Very comfortable uncluttered living space with open family floor plan - just perfect for a family vacation. Home built in 2000 so relatively new as compared to many tired-looking older homes. But even our relatively new home has been upgraded throughout - hard wood floors on main (2016) and upper levels (2020); interior freshly painted in 2018; Kitchen and basement also upgraded in 2018; Two WiFi Extenders added to Verizon FIOS system for 2020; High end Ping Pong table added in basement along with leather couch/seats and Roku 65" television in 2020. Two new HVAC units added in 2018. New Queen mattress and box spring in 2020 to replace a full size mattress. New water heater added in 2018 - never run out of hot water as in older homes! Top of the line comfortable leather couch added in 2021 (see pictures) ... who needs a bed when these comfortable leather chairs recline almost all the way back!

This comfortable home boasts 5 bedrooms (counting the Murphy bed in the finished basement) - and bunk beds in one of the bedrooms for the kids - for a total of 7 beds and 3.5 baths: 1 King, 4 Queens, and 2 Twins. Sleep in comfort and not on top of one another. And let's not forget the two comfortable leather couches (that recline) that can easily be slept on in a pinch!

We have an open main floor with finished oak hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen with both Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker, separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, custom built-ins in many rooms (lots of books), finished lower level with new 65" Roku television and many other upgrades on the outside including pavered patios. Bring your laptop and log into the internet (through Verizon Fios WiFi) as you sit on the porch and enjoy the gentle breeze with your cool drink and watch the boats sail by.

Fishing and crabbing from the middle to the end of our dock ... swimming for the kids in 2-3 feet of water (on a sandbar that goes about a third of the way out the length of the pier - at the end of the pier the depth is about 7-8 feet of water) and kayaking (2 kayaks - LL Bean Ocean Kayak Malibu Two Package and an LL Bean Single person kayak) on the river which is as wide as a lake and feeds into the Chesapeake Bay about a mile or two up. Community beach and activities ... several great seafood restaurants within 10 minutes.
