TERMS: -Show must take place on an agreed upon weekend date no more than 50 miles from Richmond - Show is approx. 2 hours long with 15 min break+C78 - Music played is at the discretion of the band (mix of original music and cover songs) and some song requests will be permitted ahead of time - Performance will take place on weekend (Fri-Sun) - Show is weather permitting (cannot play w/thunderstorms/heavy rain/snow/below 45?) - Blackout dates and exclusions apply - Band only responsible for providing entertainment - Sound and light equipment and set-up will be provided - Requirements for playing area: -At least 2 separate power sources -Elevated and covered area (band can work with the bidder on set up) - Mid-day / early evening showtime
