Concord wine: This is a sweet, bourbon barrel-aged Concord wine, but the sweetness is balanced with bright acidity and smooth tannins from the barrel. It should pair great with burgers, camp fires, and air guitar. Best served chilled.

Juction Rose: A "Junction" is a point where two or more things connect. This semi-dry rosè is a blend of northern and southern Illinois grapes which are grown 100's of miles apart. We've brought them together to add complexity and create a new wine unlike any other. This wine is crisp, fruity, floral, and is made to be enjoyed with great food and great company.

Honey Apple: This is the first wine we created - it's a nod to a type of mead called "cyser", where honey is fermented with apple juice. However, we sourced local apples and honey, then aged ours in bourbon barrels to add another level of complexity. It's surprisingly big for an apple wine, with bright apple flavors layered over a honey foundation. The barrel adds a little vanilla, body, and a touch of heat on the finish. This semi-dry wine should work well with holiday meals, but is really impressive all by itself, lightly chilled.
