16th Annual Celebration of Art

Grand Canyon Conservancy's Celebration of Art is a wonderful tradition at Grand Canyon National Park, providing a vibrant experience for visitors, a venue for artists inspired by the canyon, and a successful fundraiser to benefit an art venue at the South Rim. Art plays a critical role in the appreciation of our National Parks, and this event helps to keep the artistic tradition part of the Grand Canyon experience. 

The 16th Annual Celebration of Art features 23 "plein air" artists. Paintings featured in this online auction are original pieces framed and specifically selected by each artist. 

The auction will open on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. MST*. The online auction will close on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. MST*. Winning bidders will be determined and notified at this time.

Proceeds from Celebration of Art will go towards creating a dedicated art venue at Grand Canyon. This location will be the hub of art activity at the canyon, displaying current collections and providing room for future acquisitions. It will also provide opportunities for youth education workshops, the Artist in Residence program, cultural heritage presentations, and special events.

Attention - If you will need your painting shipped, please make sure you select this Shipping & Handling "Instant Item" option when you place your bid. This will place the shipping fee on your account and will be charged at the closing of the auction with your winning piece. Please note shipping can take up to five weeks. For paintings larger than 25"x25", additional shipping charges will apply. GCC will reach out to you after the auction closes to discuss shipping options.
