4BR/3BA in the perfect location - 2 blocks from the water and 3 blocks from Main Street in town, easily walkable! The 11 mile Sunshine Bike Path is nearby and you can catch a Ferry to Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole.

With the multiple sleeping arrangements, the cottage can easily accommodate 10 people.

Two king beds, a queen bed, two doubles, and 2 sleep sofas. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor.

Just bring your personal belongings as the cottage has everything you need:

Bikes, Kayaks, Beach Chairs, Books, Board Games, Darts, Ping Pong and a Pool Table.

No matter what time of year, enjoy the sunroom, and with cooler days, a working wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy inside. Enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit, playing corn hole in the yard, or cooking up some burgers on the grill. Pure relaxation awaits.

Feel like hitting the links then head over to Brookside Golf Club in the quaint town of Bourne. Brookside is a public golf course with a private club feeling. The package includes a round of golf for 4 including carts.
