By attending the 2021 Boots and Bourbon Gala, you and your guests confirm that you are each 21 years of age or older. You also voluntarily assume any and all risks related to COVID-19 and agree to not hold New Day Ranch and/or any of its affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, vendors, or agents liable for any illness, injury, and/or death that may occur. For the safety of all in attendance, masks are encouraged but not required for vaccinated guests. Masks are required for unvaccinated guests.

Food and Beverage Details

This year, we are honored to have food stations sponsored by the following restaurants and caterers:

Hebron Grille - Alabama chicken tacos
TeakOTR - Pad Thai
Behle Street by Shellei - Capellini Behle Street w/ meatballs
Smokin' This & That BBQ - smoked pork and housemade BBQ sauce
Jeff Thomas Catering - bourbon-themed hors d'oeuvres for VIP reception

A variety of charcuterie, vegetables, fruit, and desserts will also be served throughout the evening.

We are grateful to Whiskey and Wishes, Cork N Bottle, Saddler Distilling, Peg and Dan Montgomery, and Stacy Seligman Staat from Budweiser (Chas. Seligman Dist.) for their contributions of bourbon, wine, and beer.

Each guest will receive three drink tickets that can be redeemed for an alcoholic beverage or for one of our three bourbon tasting stations. Unlimited complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are provided throughout the evening.

Attire

Attire for the evening is "cowboy chic" - dress comfortably and remember you'll be on a working farm. Guests are encouraged to don their cowboy hats and boots if they have them!

Parking

Parking is available directly across the street from New Day Ranch, in the Walton-Verona Elementary School parking lot. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the ranch will be provided. Guests attending the VIP Reception will have the opportunity to ride in a wagon pulled by two gorgeous draft horses.

COVID-19 Precautions:

To protect the health and wellness of event guests, volunteers, and vendors, New Day Ranch expects all attendees to practice social responsibility.

If you are fully vaccinated, you are encouraged to wear a face mask while attending the event unless you are eating and/or drinking.

If you are not fully vaccinated, you are required to wear a face mask while attending the event unless you are seated at a table eating and/or drinking.

Credit card information should be added to your GiveSmart account prior to the event if you plan to participate in the silent auction or any other raffles/games/activities taking place during the event; credit cards will not be swiped at check-in.

Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be located throughout the event space; please use as needed.

By purchasing a ticket, sponsoring the event, or RSVP'ing as the guest of a sponsor, you agree that you will not attend the event if you have a temperature over 100.4 Fahrenheit or are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, such as coughing, headache, or loss of taste or smell. A full list of COVID-19 symptoms can be found on the CDC website.

You also acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of COVID-19 exposure in any location where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have had exposure in the last 14 days to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, you are prohibited from attending the 2021 Boots & Bourbon Gala.

We reserve the right to revoke admission to the event for any guest unwilling to follow the rules.
