Mission Statement

Female Strong supports the inclusion of all girl, trans, gender-fluid and non-binary youth as we help propel them to become future leaders. By empowering young women with the skills they need early in life, we are equipping them to realize their potential, and preempt the inequities that exist for women in the workplace today.

What being a GiveSmart Gives Back winner means to you?

Female Strong was founded in 2014 and has relied on the generous support from some key local business partners. We did not have an individual giving campaign until Giving Tuesday 2019. We are relatively new to fundraising at this level and we are so thankful to have the expert support of GiveSmart to help us to create a strategy and lay a strong foundation for our success as we continue our growth.
