You've seen Jamie Mercado on the Northern Sky stage in We Like It Where?, Windjammers and Dad's Season Tickets, but did you know she is also an amazing seamstress? Jamie loves to use vintage patterns from Vogue, Simplicity and McCalls to create darling outfits for herself (see video) and now she's offering to create one for you!

Jamie started sewing when she was a teenager and loves being able to make one of a kind pieces. She also really enjoys taking old clothing or fabrics and reworking them, giving them new life.

From Jamie: "The dress pattern I've decided to offer is a McCall's Wrap Dress. Wrap dresses are a staple piece in anyone's wardrobe and can be super versatile. Given the naure of the garment, it can be easily adjusted with the tie around the waist. This dress pattern can also suit many shapes and sizes. I will make either Dress A or Dress B. (I can accommodate to whichever sleeve length the bidder would like. The skirt length of Dress B is adjustable but the skirt length of Dress A is not.) As for fabric, I've chosen to use a vintage lightweight woven plaid material from my own personal stash. It is light pink, brown, and creme colored. (This pattern can fit sizes 6 - 22.)
