The Nicholas D. Sergi Foundation was established by the Sergi Family when tragically Nicholas D. Sergi, the founder of Sergi Farms, passed away in 2018. The NDS Foundation will continue his legacy of "Giving Makes You Smile" and enrich lives through the transformative power of giving.

Since its inception, the Nicholas D. Sergi Foundation has given over $140,000 to organizations that help carry out this mission! We have been able to support amazing causes such as the Walworth County Food & Diaper Bank, USO of Illinois, Farmer Veterans Coalition of Wisconsin, Elkhorn Area School District, Patrick Grange Memorial Foundation and so many more!
