35th Anniversary MIXTAPE Track #1
November 5 | 4:00 - 5:00 PM

The opening night of CBCA's 35th anniversary celebration kicks off with visual art, a spoken word performance and a conversation with painter, muralist and performer, Armando Silva and Colorado Poet Laureate Bobby LeFebre. We'll go inside Armando's studio as he paints, demonstrates his creative process and discusses a piece you can bid on in CBCA's online art auction. Bobby will perform a piece of spoken word in response to Armando's work, and the two will discuss their reactions, their process, and what CBCA's 35th anniversary theme of "rewind, play and fast forward" means to them and how that manifested in their work.

35th Anniversary MIXTAPE Track #2
November 12 | 4:00 - 5:30 PM

Get ready to party hardy! Kate Perdoni from Rocky Mountain Public Media will be emceeing and introducing us to artists featured in the silent auction, including Tony Ortega, Kaitlyn Tucek and Forrest Morrison. We'll also be rewinding to CBCA's history and giving you a glimpse into the founding of the organization. Read about CBCA's origins and 35 years of art and business partnerships here.

Join the after-party in Second Life, an online virtual world created exclusively for CBCA by Alt Ethos Experiential Design Studio. Come fly around and explore the 80s party island where you and your avatar can socialize with other guests, drive retro cars, bid on original works of art, find an underwater bar, get down to some 80s music and so much more!

35th Anniversary MIXTAPE Track #3
November 19 | 7:30 - 9:00 PM

Bring out your best 80s gear because we'll be dancing in style and giving away prizes for best dressed! The grand finale of CBCA's 35th anniversary celebration will also be an opportunity to come together as one community to support CBCA and help the organization reach its $35,000 fundraising goal. We'll hear from CBCA friends about the organization's significant impact over 35 years engaging businesses and their employees in the arts, inspiring innovation and creativity and fostering a Colorado where people want to live, work and play, from 1985 to today. Denver-based motivational speaker and comedian Debbie Scheer will be the emcee of this totally rad program. We'll hear from CBCA friends and then enjoy a live 80s dance party with DJ Rascer.
