NATCA is raising Awareness and Education of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention with a 3-month campaign centered around September's National Suicide Awareness Month. We are raising money for NATCA Charitable Foundation (NCF) with proceeds benefiting NCF and the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
Beginning October 1st, participants will do 25 pushups a day for 25 straight days (even if you must use a wall or drop to your knees to get to 25). In the end, you will have completed 625 pushups. This is a team/family/industry effort. We are one Team, doing this together. No need to tag anyone else in your quest as this is a Team Effort. We would love to see you and your accomplishments. Take a video or picture and post it to your social media outlet of choice (not required) and tag us @NATCACharitable.
Please use the following hash tags for each post - #SuicidePrevention #MentalHealth #ImHereForYou #StopSuicide
From now through October 25th, we are asking you to fundraise and gather support for your 25 day challenge. This will be a competition between all those who register for some wonderful prizes. Of course, the top fundraiser will win something amazing, but there will be a variety of other items given away or auctioned off during this event. You must be registered to participate and win.

As part of Jenny's training for Ironman Florida, and because she loves doing challenging endurance events, she will be completing the Mount Evans Ascent Round-Trip Road Race on June 27. The race takes place on America's highest road and climbs about 4,000 feet to the summit of Mount Evans, an iconic Colorado 14'er (14,264 feet). The Mount Evans Ascent Round-Trip Race will be Jenny's first ultramarathon distance, about 29 miles total and she would like your support to complete the same distance in the month of June.
Share Jenny's passion for getting active, getting involved, and conquering big goals 1 Mile at a Time.
During the 1 Mile at a Time Challenge, we are continuing to raise money for NATCA Charitable Foundation with portions of the proceeds to benefit the Dare2Tri organization.
