Beth Brooke serves on the Boards of eHealth, Inc, a fintech public company that provides a leading private online health insurance marketplace, and SHEEX, Inc, a private company that has transformed the bedding industry by creating bedding made of high-performance athletic fabrics. Both companies are leaders in digital transformations. She serves on or chairs the audit, strategy, and regulatory committees.

Prior to her retirement from EY, she served several years on the Global Executive Board of EY and as its Global Vice Chair of Public Policy, reporting to EY's Chairman and CEO. EY is a globally integrated professional services network with more than 265,000 employees in 150 countries, with revenues in excess of $35 billion.

Beth speaks around the world as an advocate and role model for diversity and inclusion. She has been named eleven times to the list of Forbes "World's 100 Most Powerful Women", and is in the Financial Times "OutStanding" LGBT Hall of Fame.

In 2017, Beth received the Theodore Roosevelt Award, the top individual honor bestowed by the NCAA, to recognize her contributions of national significance in the US. She is also an inductee into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. She founded the EY Women Athletes Business Network, which helps elite female athletes transition into business or as entrepreneurs when their career in sport ends, thereby enhancing the pipeline of outstanding women leaders in business.

Beth is on the Board of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and chairs its Audit and Risk Committee. She also chairs the Board of Vital Voices and the Partnership for Global LGBTI Equality. She serves on the Boards of The Aspen Institute, The Conference Board, and G100's Women Advisory Council. Beth is also a Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Committee of 200, The Krannert School's Dean's Advisory Council, the IU O'Neill School of Public Policy Advisory Council, and the International Women's Forum.
