2019 Seeds of Hope Gala

This festive affair will feature a networking cocktail hour, live and silent auctions and a beautiful musical performance by our own MCC students. The funds raised from this event will be used to provide general operational support and expansion for amazing school programs and our "Seeds of Hope Opportunity Fund" which provides educational pathways for children with autism and related disabilities who would otherwise be unable to afford it.

The Manhattan Childrens Center

The Manhattan Childrens Center is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit school that provides scientifically-based world class treatment and education to children with autism spectrum disorder or related disabilities, utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our goal is to offer every child an opportunity to emerge as a functioning member of his or her community. As each child is unique, we provide individualized and tailored instruction according to his or her developmental abilities.

This program's transdisciplinary model incorporates ABA, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration, natural environment training, social skills, inclusion opportunities and family support. We are a partner in research and service activities with Columbia University, Teachers College, Queens College, Hunter College and Fordham University.

Our caring professionals focus on each student to enhance and foster his or her maximum potential. We also support our parents and families in helping them to integrate their children into the fabric of family life.
