Join us to honor the past, present, and future of the Foundation, and recognize the achievements
and progress of dialysis, transplantation, and research.

This black-tie optional event will bring together nearly 300 healthcare professionals, business leaders and community members. As our largest fundraiser, this event is critical in raising funds to benefit our direct assistance programs that provide medication assistance, transportation reimbursement, and emergency support to more than 1,000 individuals impacted by kidney disease each year.
