On Saturday, February 1st 2025, St. Christopher's PATHS (Parents and Teachers Helping Students) is hosting its annual fundraiser. We are bringing all the celebrities and transforming our Parish Center for A Knight at the Oscars into a star studded event. This year we have an extra request to supplement items for the resource and intervention rooms for children with additional needs. Proceeds from the event will help supply learning, reference, life skills and educational materials for our students that need assistance outside the classroom.
St. Christopher School in Rocky River is a vibrant community comprised of students (preschool up to 8th grade), alongside our teachers, staff and parents. Our school families reside in Rocky River, Bay Village, Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, Lakewood, North Ridgeville, Berea, Cleveland and Fairview Park. Our school is more than just an educational institution; it's a place where lifelong friendships are forged and a shared foundation of faith is nurtured. We believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from unity in faith.
This year, as a nod to the Academy Honorary Award, we are asking for past school families to "nominate" themselves for our SCS Lifetime Achievement Award. We are collecting family names and years of attendance at St. Christopher School and will be scrolling those names on a video board throughout the night. Click the registration button to participate. You do not need to purchase a ticket to the event to submit your information. Just create an account* and list your family name in any format you would like (The XYZ Family, Joseph and Mary XYZ, XYZ kids - Tommy, Johnny, and Billy, etc.) and the years your family attended the school (1983-1999, The 70s, 50+ years, etc.). We are grateful for all the families that have paved the way for our current students.
We anticipate over 300 friends, parents and alumni to be in attendance for an evening of music, drinks, appetizers, raffle baskets, auctions items, sideboards and fun. We hope that you can join us in person or participate by adding your information for our Lifetime Achievement Nominees (past alum families), donating through sponsorship, bidding on silent auction items, or buying raffle tickets to win fabulous items.
