TrueCare's 2025 gala aims to raise funds to advance youth development through comprehensive
health programs and services that promote the development, growth, and sense of belonging
every step of the way for infants, children, teens, and young adults. By focusing on critical social
determinants of health, such as access to care, nutrition, literacy, and behavioral health, your
support helps ensure that our community's children are well-positioned for long-term success and improved health.
