The 5th Annual F3 + TCH Event
In 2020, the F3 men in St. Louis made it their mission to push back the darkness of human trafficking. What started as a virtual 5K turned into a unique weeklong event logging miles together... running, cycling, rucking, walking... whatever.
Men, women and children ages 5 to 95 have joined forces to raise awareness about this issue in our community. In our first four years, 2,695 participants have logged 78,973 miles together, and raised more than $488,000 to help underage survivors at The Covering House.
In 2021, we set an ambitious goal of 24,901 miles to circle the globe together. After falling short in our first two attempts, we crushed the goal in 2023!
This year... we're going to circle the globe twice!

About The Covering House
The Covering House© provides refuge and restoration, using the least restrictive environment, for sexually exploited and trafficked children and teens, providing safety, dignity, and freedom utilizing top level staffing and oversight. TCH provides therapeutic recovery services to survivors of child sex trafficking. Services are offered in our Level III youth residential facility and in client homes over the course of 12-15 months.
About F3 St. Louis
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in all 50 states with more than 4,500 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group. F3 Gateway has grown to more than 120 workout locations across the greater St. Louis area regions, including St. Louis, St. Charles, JeffCo, WashMo & So IL.
