Color Walk FAQ's:
What is the color powder product made of?
The color powder is all certified non-toxic and free of any heavy metals. The colors are a combination of cornstarch, baking soda, and FD&C (food-safe) dyes.
Does the color powder wash out?
The powder washes out of clothing and is easily cleaned off skin. We will have wipes available
Will the color powder affect my child's vision?
The color powder will not affect your child's eyes, sunglasses will be included with every student's t-shirt purchase
What will the color process be that day?
There will be a set of volunteers that are pre-trained. There will be three colors sprayed over the course of the race
What if I do not want my child to run through color?
We encourage all children to participate, however if in the case you feel uncomfortable, please let Mrs. Heil know. We take safety of our students seriously and this is meant to be a fun experience for the children
