But there's four things you can do right now!

1. Donate now to our two Fund-A-Need items. We'll use your gift to match donor contributions when the auction begins on October 2. Click the "Items" tab above and select "Make a Donation" to view and donate toward these crucial Holden needs. 

2. Donate silent auction items and experiences. Click on the "Donate an Item Now" button above and complete the form. Your donations of unique items are a key part of the Jubilee Auction success! The last day for item submissions is September 6. 

2. Browse silent auction items. Click the "Items" tab above and select "All Items" to view these items - we're adding more each week! Remember: All silent auction items go up for bid at 8:00 am Pacific Time on Wednesday, October 2! 

3. You don't have to wait until October 2 to make a gift to Holden. Scroll down to the "Donate Now" section below to donate today! Your gifts will be used to support the daily operations and programs of Holden Village. 

Guest fees account for a significant source of support - but did you know we rely on charitable donations to cover nearly half of Holden's annual financial obligations? It's expensive to run and maintain Holden Village. Our remote location makes our logistics complicated and our operations more expensive. Yet we are committed as ever to offer a wide range of meaningful activities and extend Holden "wilderness welcome" to all, all guided by faith and values we hold dear.

Your participation in the Jubilee Auction helps to provide:

• Sessions with expert teaching faculty on topics including ecology, art, justice, theology, music, and more!
• Supplies for the Art Studio students
• Outdoor gear for guests to borrow from Hike Haus
• Stipends, salaries, benefits, and/or room and board for the staff and volunteers who keep the Village running
• Ingredients for delicious home-cooked meals from the Holden Kitchen
• Candles, bulletins, and worship supplies
• Maintenance for the fleet of vehicles that transport visitors, luggage, and groceries to and from the boat dock
• Bedding, towels, and pillows for a comfy and cozy stay
• Laundry and cleaning supplies
• Ice cream for Snack Bar visitors
• And SO much more!

Important Notes:

Auction Schedule: The auction OPENS at 8:00 am Pacific Time on Wednesday, October 2 and CLOSES at 5:00 pm Pacific Time on Sunday, October 6.

Extended Bidding: Certain items feature extended bidding. This means the closing time will be automatically extended for an additional 5 minutes from the time the last bid was placed. This gives you another chance to raise your bid! Extended bidding ends once all bidding activity stops, or at 5:30 pm, whichever comes first. Check the item description to see if extended bidding is enabled for that item.
