Sadie Hinkel, with the Alzheimer's Association Nebraska Chapter, will share stories and offer tips on how to make small changes to build healthier habits. We encourage you to think about your health and lifestyle, and how you might make small changes to build healthier habits. This program is intended for anyone looking for ways to live well. 

By the end of the program, attendees will be able to identify how certain behaviors affect our brains and bodies and list strategies for healthy decision-making in the following areas:

  • Sleep
  • Smoking
  • Mental health
  • Physical activity
  • Balanced nutrition
  • Cognitive engagement
  • Social engagement
