ABOUT THE EVENT

Last year the United Way of Davidson County held it's 1st Annual Oyster Roast!
We are thrilled to announce our 2nd Annual Oyster Roast! This is a fun community event that brings our community together for great food, entertainment and fellowship! All proceeds will benefit the United Way of Davidson County who provides funding for programs for 25 local nonprofits. Grab your tickets and join the fun!

When: Saturday, November 9th
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Goose & The Monkey Brewhouse, Lexington NC
Ticket Price: $50 per person - *Includes all you can eat Oysters, Shrimp, BBQ Sliders, Stewed potatoes, Hushpuppies, Slaw, Tea & Water. *Spirits will be available for purchase.
Food: Established in 1972, Washington Crab serves eastern North Carolina restaurants, grocery stores, and farmers markets in addition to operating a catering service and a retail seafood market on North Pierce Street. Jason and his wife, Lindsay, who fell in love with North Carolina while he was stationed at Fort Bragg, took over in February 2020. They're the fourth family to own the company, which has been an anchor in the state's coastal seafood community for more than 50 years. "Seafood's a big part of North Carolina, especially eastern North Carolina," Jason says. "To be a part of that - to have the name of the town in our company's name - means a lot to us."

Band: We are excited to have a local favorite, Trouvaille! Trouvaille is a fun, entertaining and engaging group! They are a variety cover band, featuring covers from Garth Brooks, Journey, Jimmy Buffett, ZZ Top and a little of everything in between!
