Duffy's Cut
NYC-based Irish folk trio "Duffy's Cut", is a lively Celtic Roots Folk trio; made up of Dublin singer-songwriter Kevin McCormack, Donegal mandolin & banjoist Sebastian McLaughlin, as well as Philadelphian fiddler Eileen McLain.
Their music is a blend of Urban meets Rural; Traditional Irish / Celtic melodies, and historic folk songs of their homeland, and threaded together through the streets of NYC; taking influence from American folk, roots, and country, along the journey. McCormack's rustic vocal style and firey guitar rhythms, tune well with McLaughlin & McLain's pervasive melodic energy. They are upbeat, melancholic, and atmospheric; captivating audiences of all ages with their performances.
Vernon Academy of Irish Dance - ALLSTARS!
Vernon Academy of Irish Dance is a studio with nationally and internationally ranked dancers, however, all levels are welcome! With roots in training from Riverdance, Vernon Academy has always been a place where both nationally ranked dancers and total beginners can feel at home.
