At Cara Collective, our mission is to eradicate relational and financial poverty. Our programming transforms individuals and supports their journey to employment and independence. 30+ years ago a vision was created, and path established by Cara founder, Tom Owens. We strive to continue this legacy through our staff, volunteers, and partners.
