You can enjoy an evening sunset view from the 1,800 sq foot fully equipped, pergola covered rooftop with hammocks, loungers, a "birds nest" queen bed, and jacuzzi for 8. Watch the game from the rooftop bar while our staff prepares delicious libations of your choice.

The 6 bedroom villa sleeps up to 18 guests offering four beachfront king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two jungle view bedrooms (with partial ocean view) with two queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. The first floor is ADA compliant and handicap accessible from the front entrance all the way to the outdoor dining under the beachside palapa.

Each bedroom has been exquisitely designed with hand-made furniture and custom wall and ceiling treatments from local hardwoods like parota, tzalam, and zapote not found anywhere else in the world. Here you will find live edge barn doors made from huge tree trunks, crescent shaped bathtubs and showers in spa-inspired bathrooms, and an enchanting three story waterfall garden area you can enjoy from all levels of the home. There is a 600 gallon saltwater aquarium for your enjoyment and relaxation. Every detail has been meticulously designed for your comfort and pleasure.
