Second Course
Pan Seared Scallops, Spiced Cauliflower Puree, Sage Brown Lemon Butter, Crispy Sage
Wine Pairing- White Burgundy, Meursault or Napa Chardonnay

Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Sauteed Blend of Wild Mushrooms, Shiitake, Hen of the Woods, Porcini, Truffle Shavings

Wagyu Short Ribs, Potato Puree, Asparagus, Caramelized Cipollini Onions in Aged Modena Balsamic Vinegar
Wine Pairing- A Wine fight between a Left Bank/Right Bank Bordeaux with the addition of a New World Napa/Sonoma Red Blends

Dinner party to be held on a mutually agreeable date with a minimum advance notice of 60 days. Expires April 1, 2025. Can be held in Choice of Your Home or the Arant's Home.
