CrossFit HSC offers a 10-pack Punch Card for the Longevity Class that works on strength, balance, and cognition in a safe & supportive environment. This class is led by a coach and combines fun, fitness and community to make each class unique and inspiring. Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings at 8 am.

*Auction items can be picked up beginning Monday, Dec. 4th at 121 Tyler Street, (ARTSPACE Building), Hastings, MN. Pickup Hours will be 10 AM - 2 PM Monday and Tuesday.
