Item Donation Form

Vacation destinations, experiences, products, services, gift certificates; we welcome contributions of all kinds for our gala's silent auction.

Along with your auction item description, please specify any applicable terms and conditions for the winning bidder [e.g., limitations, restrictions, black-out date(s), expiration date]. The default starting bid will be tagged at 50% of the fair market value unless otherwise specified, and bidding increments are set at either $5, $10 or $25 depending on the donation level.
