Come join the fun and learn how to make wonderful Sushi on Saturday, September 14th. This Japanese delicacy is composed of seasoned sticky rice and an assortment of vegetables, eggs, cooked fish, and other ingredients. We will create different shapes and sizes of sticky rice packages enclosing your choice of ingredients. It's so much fun to see everyone's creations.
We'll start the afternoon with a champagne cocktail to help us navigate the Sushi experience. We'll complete the day with a meal including your Sushi creations as a first course followed by Udon soup and Tempura Shrimp. Of course, we will have a yummy Japanese dessert. Fun beverages such as Champagne, Saki, plum wine, and Central Coast wine along with non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and, of course, authentic imported green tea.
