Since developing his distinctive 3D art technique 50 years ago, Charles Fazzino's name has been synonymous with bright, whimsical, wonderful, and detailed 3D Pop Art. His work can be seen in hundreds of galleries and museums worldwide. Fazzino's limited edition artworks are silkscreen printed using a hand-stenciling printmaking process known as silkscreen serigraphy. Each image is printed multiple times on 100% rag museum board. All of the individual pieces are cut out by hand and assembled with a special silicone glue to give the illusion of up to five layers of art. The entire process consists of hundreds of pieces of museum board and paper drawn through a hand printing press an average of 20 times each.
