Where to begin? HEAR Graduate, Kristy Flores has degrees in Food Science and Nutrition with an emphasis in culinary arts from the University of Missouri.
Chef Kristy has worked in New York restaurants, hotels, and private kitchens. Now the owner of Shef In The City LLC, Kristy is also part of the CookUnity community. This collaboration is the first platform to connect chefs directly with thousands of eaters across the country. Check her out here.
Kristy trained in one of Florence's best seafood restaurants as part of her degree, and while Italian cuisine is certainly her passion, she also enjoys pulling from her Latino heritage. Kristy focuses on creating new and exciting dishes from a variety of cuisines, for a variety of diets.
Now you have the opportunity to welcome this up and coming chef into your home where she will cook you and up to five guests a private dinner, including an amuse bouche, appetizer, entree and dessert.
