This is a one kind of experience to receive a personalized training plan created by Head XC Coach, Mark Rinker. He has 16 years of coaching experience, working with Olympic and World Championship Medalists. He has coached 5 NCAA All-Americans, 16 NCAA Qualifiers, & 9 Conference Championship Teams!

You will receive the same care and attention that Coach gives to each of his athletes, including a Goals and Training History Meeting followed by a comprehensive training plan. The training plan will include everything you need to reach your goals, including stretching and strength and conditioning exercises for any level, from beginner to advanced. This will also include weekly communication to help you stay on target or make adjustments as required.

Dockrill, a two-time league coach of the year (2000 Big South Conference, 2007 Southern Conference), has seen 21 different players earn All-America Scholar honors and Elon has been represented on those teams a total of 29 times. Of those, the Phoenix squad placed a program-record four players on both the 2013 and 2014 WGCA All-America Scholars list. In Elon's eight seasons as part of the CAA, Dockrill has guided the Phoenix to seven tournament titles and 40 top-five finishes in 76 total tournaments.
