Donate in support of MCC's Community Doula and Lactation Programs. MCC's Community Doula and Lactation program is a unique, community-based initiative focused on improving access to healthcare for pregnant people before, during and after birth. The program respects cultures, builds community strength, and provides educational services to families with children. Last year, MCC provided Community Doula and Lactation support to 291 birthing people.
Make a donation in support of MCC's Community & Parenting Education Programs.At MCC we offer a variety of education programs and classes to help mothers, birthing people, fathers, and families make informed, healthy, and compassionate decisions. We know that a listening ear and a little help along the way can make a huge difference. Last year, MCC provided education and peer support for 214 parents enrolled in parenting and childbirth education groups.
Donate in support of MCC's Home Visiting Programs. MCC's home visiting programs offer a wide variety of services to ensure families have the resources, knowledge, and support necessary to raise healthy families and build loving homes. Using specialized knowledge and skills, MCC community health workers (Advocates), provide health and parenting education to mothers, birthing people, and families with children ages 0-3. Last year, MCC provided support for 1,139 pregnant and parenting families enrolled in home visiting programs.

MCC's Research and Evaluation team collaborates in community-engaged studies of innovative programs dedicated to improving the health and well-being of pregnant people, parents and children.
MCC also works in partnership across Pennsylvania and Delaware to address the racial and social inequities in maternal and child health, early childhood care and education, and economic security.
Donate in support of MCC's Cribs for Kids program.
Cribs for Kids teaches caregivers about safe sleep and provides cribs, fitted sheets, and blanket sleepers at no cost to those who otherwise cannot afford one.Last year, MCC provided safe sleep education and cribs for 1,309 families.
Donate in support of MCC's early education initiatives.
Research demonstrates that the first three years of life are the most critical period of brain development for young children. Early learning materials, such as paper, paint, crayons, books puzzles, and early learning toys, help teachers and Advocates promote social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Last year, MCC provide childcare and early childhood education services for 359 families with children 0-3 through MCC's Early Head Start program.
