Passports are required for international travel. Please ensure that your passports are valid for 6 months after your return travel date.

All trips have to be booked with minimum of 90 days advance notice. Please do not make other arrangements until travel dates are confirmed.

Trip packages are preset itineraries. If you wish to deviate from your package, your travel specialist will be happy assist you in doing so. However, please note there will be a deviation fee plus any additional cost incurred by deviating from the package.

Award Certificates are valid for two passengers and expire one year from the date of the event when it was awarded.
