Deer Valley Residence Description

This ski-in, ski-out residence is nestled in the heart of Empire Pass at Deer Valley with direct access to the Silver Strike Express Chairlift and Silver Buck Run. Located in Arrowleaf, guests have access to convenient amenities including ski lockers, blue rock fire pits and hot tubs.

Enjoy the large stone fireplace with lots of relaxing seating or have a billiards game on the antique slate pool table in Arrowleaf's Hearth Room. If you are looking to explore, downtown Park City is a 5 minute drive and the convenient Dial-a-Ride service provides complimentary round trip transportation.

Your time in this residence will be just as comfortable and convenient as your time spent outside. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the open living area and enjoy the slope-side views. Breathe in the crisp mountain air while having a morning cup of coffee or tea on the private terrace. The comforts of this residence are sure to relax and recharge you for the next day and a wonderful mountain vacation.

Included in each stay are personalized concierge services to plan and deliver a memorable vacation experience; plus a Destination Manager who will stock the fridge with groceries pre-arrival, meet winners at the residence to give a full tour, and be available during stay to insure it's a great one.

Restricted Dates and Other Notes

A stay can be reserved, based on availability, anytime during the year with the exception of the following special event/holiday weeks*: Christmas, New Years, Sundance (1/21/16 - 1/31/16 and 1/19/17 - 1/28/17) and President's Day, Spring Break (3/5/16 - 4/16/16 and 3/4/17 - 4/22/17), the 4th of July, and Thanksgiving.

The nights must be used during 1 trip.

At least one person staying at the residence must be over the age of 25.

Certificate expires 18 months from the date of purchase.

*All special event/holiday weeks start the Saturday before the holiday through the Saturday after the holiday with the exception of Christmas and New Year's 2016/2017 which is 12/19/16 - 1/2/17.
