Buddha Belly Kids Yoga is a mobile yoga company founded by educators and dedicated to nurturing kids' innate desire for movement and play. We explore yoga through poses, movement, and relaxation with creativity and fun! Our classes balance both structure and spontaneity as we reach individual's unique energy. Due to the pandemic, we have transitioned to the option of online programming. We have classes from toddlers to teenagers, as well as family yoga and parent workshops. BBKY fully believes in a developmental approach to yoga. What's most important is that we are teaching your children how to move, breathe, pause, and listen to their own bodies.

BBKY App Subscription OR In-Person Yoga Class for Your Child's Classroom. Your family or your child's teacher will gain access to a ONE SCHOOL YEAR subscription to our BBKY On-Demand platform; a yoga & mindfulness app for children. (VALUED AT $100)

An instructor will lead up to two 30 minute yoga classes at your child's school on a mutually agreed upon date and time. Any classroom between Preschool and 8th Grade is eligible. Our classes are developmentally appropriate and designed with an educator's touch. The yoga class will follow a theme and can be aligned with your classroom's curriculum. Depending on grade level, classes will include movement, breathing techniques, team building, a story, yoga games, and relaxation. (VALUED AT $250)
