Love is Love Rainbow mittens and hat with interchangeable pompoms (black writing) Super soft and cozy hand knit hat and mitten set made with pure worsted-weight Super wash wool (can be machine washed). The hat comes with 3 different pompoms and a yarn needle, so you can change the look depending on your mood or occasion! The pattern for this hat is based on oneby Lisa McFetridge called "Love Is. A Hat for Orlando" which she designed as a tribute to the victims of the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting (available on Ravelry, along with my modification).

Hand knit with chunky super-wash merino wool that was hand dyed by a local artisan, this hat will keep a child's head warm in style and comfort. 16 inches in diameter before stretching with a ribbed brim to allow for a custom fit. Machine wash cool, tumble dry low.

My sister named this hat the Purple Wind Hat because it looked like purples and pinks blowing in the wind. I support GSAFE in honor of the LGBTQ+ adolescents in my life.

I grew up in a time/place where being gay was scandalous. I watched friends and family suffer both in the closet and out. Now, many years later, I strive to create a space of love, respect, and tolerance. I'm inspired daily by my own children and the teens I teach.
