Temple Shalom invites you to join us in sponsoring the Fore the Kids Golf Tournament on Monday, October 9, 2023. The tournament features several different sponsorship levels to meet your needs, all while raising money to help Children's Medical Center Foundation to give kids the best experience, the best care and ultimately the best fighting chance to get back to being a kid again. Your sponsorship of Fore The Kids will be prominently displayed on all printed materials, event signage, the website and social media.
In the interest of everyone's health, we respectfully require all attendees to be vaccinated.
Below is a list of the sponsorship and underwriting levels available along with the ability to register and pay. All sponsorship levels include golf, lunch, dinner, sponsorship recognition at one hole, and recognition on main sponsor board at dinner. All underwriting levels include multiple dinner tickets.
