A very short stroll to World Renowned Captiva Beaches. This stunning home is professionally decorated with a beach chic design. Walk into the open living room and dining area with floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful tropical foliage views. The updated kitchen features a large breakfast bar, granite countertops, tumbled tile backsplash, custom cabinets and top of the line appliances. The open dining room has seating for six with an additional table off the living room with seating for four (additional dining or the perfect game table). The beautiful, decorated living room features soaring ceilings, a flat screen television, comfortable seating, and more floor to ceiling windows overlooking the deck.

The large loft overlooking the living room, features four twin beds, skylights and an attached bathroom. The high wall overlooking the living room gives you peace of mind yet still provides an open feel.

On the main level the master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with rattan accents, a flat screen tv, relaxing pool views and an attached bathroom. The attached bath features a tile and glass shower and a vanity with granite countertops.

Also on the main level is another bedroom with queen bed, views of the pool and flat screen tv. The guest bathroom features a tiled shower.

The fourth bedroom suite is privately located in the Cabana House adjacent to the pool. This bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, individual heating and cooling and an attached bathroom with large, tiled shower.

Relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of doing absolutely nothing.

Located on Laika Lane and just 5 houses from the private beach access. You will feel miles away from the crowds yet central to shops, restaurants, marinas, and live music. Walking distance to everything Captiva village has to offer this is the perfect location for a memorable beach vacation.

The highest bidder can pick a week between 7/7/2024 and 8/31/2024 provided that week is not already rented. It is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs, 2 bed/2.5 Baths with a Sleeper Sofa in the living room & bunkbeds. Book for 2024 by 12/31/2023.

Ocean Walk Condominiums are located on the south end of St. Simons, the heart of this island! It is an easy walk to the village shops, restaurants (many dog friendly), pier and lighthouse. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. There are TVs in the living room and both queen rooms. There is wifi and linens and towels are provided.

There are two large pools that are maintained daily, new tennis courts, stocked lake, walking path around lake, fitness center, business center and playground. The nearest beach for swimming is East Beach which is approximately 1.5 miles away. There are wide sidewalks for biking and public golf courses.

Jeykl Island is a short drive away where you can visit the Sea Turtle rescue and Driftwood beach. Savannah is about 1 and 15 minutes away. Plenty for a family to do.

Nestled among the live oak trees in the Port Trinitie neighborhood in northern Duck, Quail Call II offers privacy and seclusion for your Outer Banks vacation. The community has access to 2 community pools as well as tennis courts and sound front pier with boat ramp and gazebo ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or watching the sunset over the water. The ocean is just a block away with direct access. Quail Call II is a vacation home built for extended families.

In addition the main house, there is a lower level apartment which offers privacy including a separate entrance as well as full kitchen and living area -- perfect for the grandparents, in laws or family members who need their own space. There are sun and shade decks available with furniture which allows you to relax with a good book and a cold drink when you are done swimming, fishing, or strolling the beach for shells.
