6 Bottles of Orin Swift's Machete Red Wine 2020
A wine that always has a mind and signature of its own, Machete has been Orin Swift's foray into the world of California Petite Sirah. While the wine looks like it could be cut with a machete, it is quite literally the opposite. Robust, dominant and unapologetic, it creates its own gravity, pulling all towards it with vintage after vintage, resulting in a stellar blend of Petite Sirah, Syah and Grenache.
Machete opens with decadent aromas of blue and black fruits, charred meat, a hint of funk and troves of minimality, but closes with voluptuous texture and intensity. This wine will surely impress!
