"Vintage" King County Metro sweatshirt and cap - from Hester's stylish collection

Show off your local roots with this vintage-style King County Metro sweatshirt and hat! Brought back to life by the folks at "Seattle Department of Design" and donated by TCC staff Hester Serebrin, the maroon crew neck sweatshirt showcases their "flower" logo, which was used by Metro from 1978 until 1992, and is easily a vintage favorite! The Metro hat is a sort of "greatest hits" Metro brand compilation. On the front are the logos used from the 70s through the early 90s: the sun and flower. If you look closely, you can see that the sun logo is actually composed of several M's stylized to look like rays of light! The flower logo, for its part, neatly symbolizes togetherness. The sweatshirt is a size small, but fits like a medium, and the hat is a brown one-size "dad hat."
