Gigliola Scagliotti, an Italian artist, founded Ottofficine Design as an artistic research laboratory in 2008 as a space for her visions to come to life. In the early years, she experimented with various techniques and paid great attention to the recovery and reuse of waste materials. The silicone vases immediately proved to be an effective product: colorful, eccentric, extremely resistant and light. With each design the collection is enriched with new shapes and models. This one is the "Merrymaking" model. Each piece is hand signed and numbered. Measures 9.4 inches high and 9 inches in diameter.

"Need a book, take a book," is the motto of this Free Library on Fly Swatter Farm, housed in this "once upon a time" outhouse. The repurposed farm structure is now full of free books and games that are stacked on cinder blocks inside and out. Farm fresh pastries and cool beverages are available for free to encourage local folks to linger and explore the donated collection of fiction and non-fiction fare. Please note, the resident cat librarians Toto and Padjkins are ready to help when not otherwise engage in napping or bird watching. The work is signed "ddjr/2023" on the fallen book behind the open door.

Beautifully fused glass mosaic fish handcrafted by artist Jeffrey P'an, 6 inches tall. P'an begins his creations by fusing together strips of various colored glass and then attaching them to the blowpipe. The entire core is dipped in molten glass and worked into shape. The fusing process leaves a ribbed texture that refracts light passing through.
